Why a dollar a foot?
We don't run a showroom. We buy the rolls that distributors and installers need to move — overstock, discontinued colors, end-of-run — and pass that along. Same kind of turf the supply yards sell at full price. The trade-off is you choose from what's in stock, not from a catalog.

How much turf do I need?
Measure the length and width of the space in feet and multiply. Add 5–10% for cuts and waste. If it's an odd shape, send us a sketch or a photo and we'll help.
Can I install it myself?
Yes. Plenty of our customers do. We have a guide on the Installation page, and we'll tell you what you need when you buy.
Do you install it?
We're a turf supplier, not a licensed contractor. California requires a contractor's license for any job over $500 in total labor and materials, so we can only help with small projects under that. For bigger yards, install it yourself or hire a licensed landscaper and have us deliver the turf.
Do you deliver?
Yes — anywhere in the Bay Area, Santa Cruz, or Monterey. It's priced by distance from Livermore, so the farther you are, the more it costs. Tell us your city and we'll quote it.
Can I come look at it first?
Yes — pickup and viewing in Livermore by appointment. Call or text to set a time.
Is the price really $1 a square foot?
That's where it starts. Price depends on the roll — pile height, how much is left, how fast we need to move it. Thicker, plusher turf costs more. Everything is well under what you'd pay at a supply yard.
